Is the camera hardware included?
Yes. Camera installation is included in the monthly subscription. No upfront hardware cost.
What happens if I cancel?
No long-term contracts. Cancel any time. We'll remove the camera at end of the billing period.
Can I monitor multiple sites from one account?
Yes. The Pro and Enterprise plans include a multi-site dashboard. Add as many sites and cameras as you need.
How quickly can a camera be installed?
Most installations are completed within 24–48 hours of signup in major Canadian cities.
Do you support the US?
We currently serve Canada. US expansion is on our roadmap — contact us to join the waitlist.
