Is the footage admissible in a construction dispute?

Timestamped video footage is routinely used as evidence in construction arbitration and court proceedings in Canada. The timestamps are server-side, not editable.

How long is footage retained?

6 months on Basic, 1 year on Pro, up to 2 years on Enterprise. If you need longer for a specific project's legal hold, contact us for a custom arrangement.

Can I give the owner direct access?

Yes. You create a read-only link for the owner or their PM. They watch the feed and receive automated progress clips without contacting you.

What if the site has no WiFi?

No problem. Our cameras use 4G LTE cellular (Rogers/Telus/Bell). No site WiFi or IT setup needed.

Can I cancel between projects?

Yes. Month-to-month. Cancel when the project closes, restart on the next one.
